BLS Accident Statistics- Complete and up to date information on accident statistics from the OSHA logs by SIC code. OSHA Inspection Data- Information on inspection histories of a location or company as well as details on infractions. DOT's Safestat System- Information on any carrier including a summary of the company( SAFER report) and details on inspections, out of service incidents and accidents. ADA Design Guidelines- Diagrams and instructions on complying with the ADA are available from this Justice Dept site. MSHA- Mine Safety & Health Administration site contains sample programs to download and training material. A great source of training material good for both MSHA and industry. OSHA's Handbook on Machine Guarding- An excellent guide to guarding machinery with guard types and examples of accident situations TOXFAQs- Great source of information on Toxic substances Mold Information- EPA's pages on mold remediation and frequently asked questions. A good starting point for information. Canadian Centre for Occupational Safety & Health- Source of Canadian safety standards and good general safety information including training materials Construction Safety & Reference Materials- A great low cost source of materials including the National Association of Home Builders Safety Program and safety training videos.
